Welcome to Harmonious Echoes. By booking a session, accessing our services, or visiting our website, you agree to the terms outlined below. Please read this document carefully.
1. Services
Harmonious Echoes offers in-person, virtual, and group sound healing services intended for relaxation, meditation, and personal wellness. These services are not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment.
2. Booking & Payments
● All bookings must be made in advance through our official booking platform.
● Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.
● Accepted payments include credit/debit cards and any listed online payment platforms.
3. Cancellation Policy
● Appointments canceled with at least 24 hours' notice will be refunded or rescheduled at no cost.
● Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may not be eligible for a refund.
● No-shows are non-refundable.
4. Disclaimer
● Sound healing is a complementary wellness practice.
● We do not diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions.
● Always consult your physician before beginning any new wellness practice, especially if you are pregnant, have a medical condition, or are under psychiatric care.
5. Liability
By participating in our sessions, you acknowledge that you do so at your own risk. Harmonious Echoes and Veronique Cannenterre are not liable for any injuries, damages, or adverse effects arising from participation in services.
6. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. Any personal information shared through bookings or inquiries is kept confidential and will never be sold or shared without your consent.
7. Changes to Terms
Harmonious Echoes reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with an effective date.
